What Is Eye Tracking

Eye Tracking is a method used in monitoring what customers look at for a measured period of time (with precision of 0,5 ° ). From these recordings, we can determine elements that have the power to draw customer attention.

We know which elements are viewed first, second, etc. and if it was attractive enough to make customers spend more time looking at it in detail. At the same time, we know which elements the respondents missed completely.

Individual customer behavior combined with results across the entire target group are analyzed and become a standard part of the Eye Tracking reporting package. Aggregated results are presented in easy to read and work with graphic outputs which show the predominant behavior of the customers.
